The following composition will require a walk-in freezer that is suitable to fit a full-grown person, as well as some sort of Tupperware, and water. Alternatively, an adequate outside setting in which the temperature is at or below the point of freezing, can be used. Please dress accordingly if either approach is done.

1.) Find an empty Tupperware container of your choice, a lid is not required for said preformance so it may be discarded. 
2.) Fill the Tupperware 3/4ths way (according to size) with tap water. 
3.) Enter the aforementioned suitable environment and place the container in question on the ground.
4.) Get onto all fours and situate yourself until your ear is placed up against the container.
5.) During the freezing process of water, very quiet sounds will be made from the reaction. An additional sound amplifying device may be incorporated to hear the sounds produced.
6.) Listen carefully and match the pitch in a "hum" style of voice until all of the water had completely solidified.
